Overwhelm in business.

One of the biggest contributors to stress and ultimately lack of efficiency and performance.

You see, stress is good, we need stress as a civilization, otherwise we’d make no progress and probably still be in the dark ages.

However, stress through overwhelm, specifically in business can get ugly and demoralizing.

  • Have you ever had those days where you sit at your laptop or computer, with a to do list longer than your arm, but with zero energy or idea where to even start?

  • Have you ever had those times, where you have content to write, a team to lead and tasks to action, but all you want to do is curl up in a ball and get some sleep?

  • Or, even better, have you ever finished your working day, acting as a slave to the business all day, only to realize you have accomplished nothing of value?

This has not even taken into account the impact this can

have on your sleep, your health and the happiness of those around you too.

We can delve further into that on another day...

These two quotes you see on the first graphic are common for me now, receiving these from struggling coaches trying to keep up with the pressures of society, often chasing an imaginary figure or comparing themselves to others.

Business in its nature brings stress and overwhelm, but we have to use this as fuel to the fire for growth and productivity, not something that holds us down.

Business is there to support our relationships with family, bring value to the world, to help us create financial freedom and to create a schedule that suits us. Not the opposite of these.

So, if you are a coach, and you can relate to any of the messages, maybe it is time for you to make a positive change in your life.

Maybe it is time for you to change the path you are on.

This could be as simple as taking the time to redesign your schedule, to remove those tasks that do not serve you, or to tackle your pressing issue first every day.

Either way, there is a lot you can do to get out of the spiral of overwhelm you may be finding yourself in and I want to see you find peace in your life again.

If you have questions about building your coaching business whilst finding peace, drop them below or feel free to shoot me a message.

You know, this is exactly the problem I solve ;) Here for a better you.
