The Transition.
I want to expand upon a topic often not discussed.
For now, I’ll simply call this point the ‘transition’.
The biggest killer of businesses is a lack of cash flow...
I can help you grow and hit that magical £10k mark.
It certainly won’t be easy, and for some it may take a while, as it requires a lot of hard work, relentlessness, patience and courage, but it is possible.
Once you have had your best month in business ever, it comes with a new level of challenges.
This could be, how to manage X amount of students and scale your fulfilment. It could be how to handle X amount of sales calls after a marketing campaign. It could be how to prioritize tasks and time within your schedule.
All of the above, without digging yourself into the ground and hitting burn out.
Throw on top of this, seeing the family, maybe going to a stag do or two, and God forbid actually taking a day off work. (Before Covid changed everything that is…).
For me, the transition begins at this point.
The transition is when you have had this prior success and created cash flow, you can see the light at the end of tunnel but unsure how to get there.
Here’s the thing, you can sit and stay in this hustle and grind, having good revenue months, but you’ll be working yourself into the ground, and it won’t be long until you resent your business.
You’ll probably see some linear growth, progressing the business forward, but working extra hours and constantly on edge.
But the transition is the period of time in which we make changes within our business, moving towards one that enables exponential growth.
The transition is the time in which we take to build scalability into the fulfilment side of your business.
The transition is the time in which we build and test reliable lead gen processes.
The transition is the time in which we create the opportunity and framework for exponential growth.
So right now, you may be working hard and putting in the hours, going through the transition.
But I want to remind you that this is a part of the journey.
Keep working on those systems, keep training and building a team around you, keep developing and optimizing your lead gen process, because these tasks are setting you up for success and exponential growth in your business.
This is how you can go from £5k a month in your business working 80 hours a week, to doing £20k+ a month working 20-40 hours per week.
Enjoy the transition, keep thinking of the bigger picture and use the resources you have around you.

We are chasing exponential growth, not linear.
Hit reply to let me know if you are going through the transition and if you want to have a chat about how I can help you progress sooner.
Here for a better you.
