Three Areas To Review To Make More Sales.


An integral, but complicated & challenging aspect of any business.


He who can market and sell, wins.


It does not matter how exceptional your program or product is if nobody knows about it.


So, although I am no expert when it comes to marketing, I have still learnt a trick or two whilst helping develop a startup to over 7 figures in revenue, multiple clients to over 6 figure quarters and many entrepreneurs over the elusive 5 figure a month mark.


When I am asked to review a business, I split the marketing into three sections.


1 - Audience Attraction.


2 - Audience Conversion.


3 - Nurture & Enrol.


This is the typical overview of a marketing funnel, but a healthy way for me to split your marketing into specific sections which each fulfil a purpose.


So, let’s break these down together and hopefully you can find an area within your business that you can improve.


1 - Attracting an audience. This is typically the biggest area which can provide the most lucrative returns long term.


Imagine the opportunity you could have if your audience pool expanded 100x over the next year.


The range of options this gives you for your business is now substantially higher.


This is not something that happens overnight, plus it is not the area to focus on initially…


You can grow your audience by posting on various social platforms, creating different types of content, paying for attention, hosting and attending events, audience hijacking, and so much more.


This is an important part of business longevity, and is not to be skipped.


Question 1 - What strategies do you have in place to intentionally get new eyes & attention onto your business?



2 - Converting your audience. This is not converting them into a sale, but simply converting them from simply being a follower or subscriber, to actually opting into a lead generation tool you may be using.


This is them raising their hand for more value / resources / coaching, and for this, they are providing you with their name, email address and potentially their number too.


For the long term of your business, and for risk mitigation too, we want to be building a strong email list that we can use to target marketing campaigns and strategies.


Assets that help you convert your audience could be webinars, 5 day challenges, 28 day challenges, ebooks, free resources, trainings and events.


Question 2 - What tool are you using to invite your audience to connect with you, and move them further along in their journey with you?



3 - Nurture & Enrol. This is how you are developing a closer relationship with your audience. How are you connecting on a deeper level, giving them an insight into the person you are and the values you hold.


In this section, we are trying to show them why you and your business is unique, and ultimately, why they need to be working alongside you.


We are trying to be front and centre for your audience, in a place where they cannot help but consume your content and be attracted to your offer. This is how we can place ourselves in a position to make them an offer for a sales call or to join our program.


You can do this through the dreaded DMs, Facebook groups, emails, whatsapp groups, discord or via your courses.


Question 3 - How are you nurturing your audience and putting yourself in a position to make an offer?


Quick task for you, answer these three questions.


Question 1 - What strategies do you have in place to intentionally get new eyes & attention onto your business?


Question 2 - What tool are you using to invite your audience to connect with you, and move them further along in their journey with you?

Then, make improvements and get to work.
