Throw the kitchen sink at it.

Whilst stalking a close friend and inspiration, he shared this offhand comment about something he was working on.

He was asked how he was planning to achieve X. Keeping it private to see if some of you can guess in the comments who I am talking about ;)

And his response, throw the kitchen sink at it.

Which for those of you unaware of what this means, it means he is doubling down on making this goal happen.

Not holding anything back.

Doing everything possible to achieve the goal.

Throwing everything he can at the challenge.

This made me sit and think about my current goals and what I am working on.

Am I doing enough?

What could I improve on?

Am I throwing the kitchen sink at it?

If your goal is double your business revenue in the next 3 months, are you throwing the kitchen sink at it?

If your goal is deadlift 200kg by the end of the year, are you throwing the kitchen sink at it?

If your goal is to write a book, have you thrown the kitchen sink at it?

I think we all sometimes fall guilty of attempting something, but not doing everything possible to make it happen.

Let this be a reminder today, to throw the kitchen sink at life, and go make those goals come true.

Someday, you may not have that option. 💙
