What does Samuel Main do? Part 3

I was headhunted for this role, to help manage a rapidly growing company transitioning online.

I first reviewed their entire business model, and specifically their fulfilment program and team.

Then, from this review I designed new trackers, systems, automations and processes which will increase their retention rate, graduation rate and overall client lifetime value significantly.

I expect this company will see a 30 - 50% increase in backend monthly revenue from the changes I have implemented in the coming months.

This has been an awesome new challenge, and certainly highlighted a need for what I do and offer for other businesses.
