I want to keep it short and simple today.
With so much negativity, false information and challenging events as of late, I want to share a few things.
I was watching a video regarding mental health and trying to learn what I could.
And, a statement was made.
"People cry not because they are weak, but because they've been too strong for long"
And this quite literally made me stop in my tracks.
We hold onto these identities.
We hold onto these pains.
We hold onto our thoughts.
When what we need to do is share them, to talk about them and to be our true selves.
You see, it is all too easy to hide in the dark, to suffer in silence and to mask the pain.
So, if you are going through a tough time, whether that is in business, with your physical or mental health, it is important to talk.
If you are in a good place, it is your duty to check in and contact those who may not be.
Those friends you have not spoke with for a few weeks or a month.
Those family members who have become distant.
Reach out, connect, and communicate.
Here for a better you.
